Coleman Malaysia.my aims to deliver all orders within 3 business day or as mentioned on the product's page before purchase. Coleman Malaysia will contact customer within 48 business hours if the purchased items are not available within agreed delivery date, and arrange with customer for new delay delivery date. However, if customer disagree of delayed delivery date or if Coleman Malaysia.my failed to deliver within 7 business day, Coleman Malaysia will fully refund the purchased cost of the products. Coleman Malaysia will be using GDex for peninsular Malaysia delivery and POS Laju for East Malaysia Delivery. Most of the products that sold at Coleman Malaysia are eligible for free delivery at all region in Malaysia. In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or is missing from your order please follow the directions in our FAQ or contact our Customer Service.However, shipping fee will may be applied with the following conditions:

 

  1. For products less than 5kg and within Peninsular Malaysia  à Free Shipping.
  2. For products more than 5kg and within Penisular Malaysia, Subsequent 1kg à RM 1.50
  3. For products less than 1kg and within Labuan, East Malaysia àFree Shipping
  4. For products more than 1kg and within Labuan, East Malaysia, Subsequent 1kg à RM15.00

 Returns

 At Coleman Malaysia, we want to make your returns as easy as possible.

 

You may return your order or items for any of the following reasons:

  1. You received a damaged item from the courier
  2. You have proof of purchase (order number, delivery note,bank statement).
  3. The goods must be in an 'as new' condition and returned in the ORIGINAL, undamaged packaging along with the accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it.
  4. The product must not have been used or installed.
  5. Within the warranty period.

 

Please note that for hygienic and logistical reasons, some items are not returnable.If we receive the item in a condition that does not meet our return criteria, we reserve the option to not accept the item and return to you.

 

If your return meets all the requirements above and you wish to proceed with the return, please include the return slip in the parcel and send the item through Pos Laju (other courier service provides are also accepted) to:

Please keep the Tracking Number for the parcel provided by Poslaju (or other courier tracking number) to monitor your shipment to us.

 

We will conduct an evaluation within two (2) business days of receiving your returned items, you will receive an sms and email once the returned item is received at the warehouse.

 

If your return is valid, we will process your refund, store credits or warranty based on what you have indicated in the return form.

 

If your return is not valid, we will notify you and send the item back to you. We will not reimburse your courier charges.

 

Refunds

Should you prefer to receive a refund, we will happily comply with your request provided that the return of your product comply to our requirement as stated above. Please do note that you have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it in order to claim for refunds. We will not entertain any refund requests if the items returned to us is more than 7 calendar days upon your receive.

 

Please note that we do not refund return shipping costs.

 

 Store Credits (Exchange)

 If you want to make an even exchange for size or color, you can opt for our store credit voucher. Please do note that you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it in order to claim for store credits voucher/an exchange. We will not entertain any store credits/exchange request if the items returned to us is more than 14 calendar days upon your receive. Store credits benefits includes:

In the event your purchase was made during a sale, or the price increases after a restock, you are still eligible to purchase your exchange item (for even exchanges only) for the price you paid at the time of the original purchase.

  

Coleman Malaysia store credit vouchers do not expire.

Our store credit vouchers do not have an expiration date and therefore do not expire. You can hold them indefinitely and use them wheneveryou want, at your own convenience.

 

 You can use them with other offers.

If you do not want to exchange back to the same item(s). Your store credit voucher is the same as cash. You can use the vouchers on other items in conjunction with our other special offers and discounts or promotional sales that may be offered.

Warranty Claims

Coleman® products have a limited warranty from the date of original online retail purchase that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. The length of the limited warranty may vary byproduct. Please refer to your product for the exact terms and conditions of the limited warranty for your purchase. The warranty included with your purchased product is your exclusive warranty.

 

If your product is defective and is within your warranty period, please do send to the address indicated in the return section. Please do note that we will not reimbursethe return courier charges. If your item is valid, we will repair and send itback to you.
